An adaptation over 100 years old villa, in which a kindergarten was placed previously for many years. Villa has almost 500 square meters and by decision of new owner...
...who wanted to give a new blast and change destination of this house we started redesign it. The main concept was to save old spirit of the house. Thats why we decided to preserve old oak stairs and wooden floors and original attic wooden beams. The house consist of huge kitchen, dining room, living room and office on the groundfloor. On the first floor we can find 4 bedrooms. Second floor is an attic used for guests.
